Establishment and Objectives

Pitara is the first club of the college which was inaugurated on 8th March 2018, on the occasion of International Women’s Day. This club in the college was also the first to create an online platform as well on Instagram and Facebook and encourages all young minds to send their piece of work relating to poetry, dance, photographs, performances, videos, book reviews and everything that comes under art. Pitara club is a platform to showcase their talent pertaining to different disciplines and to help students develop interaction among groups and enhance their artistic, social and management skills.

The objectives of the club are:

  • To explore the hidden talent of students across various disciplines and to utilize the potential of young minds
  • To give a platform for creative ideas so that students of various departments can come together to share their insights
  • To focus on social skills and the value of unity among students
