After the physical verification of your documents at the college, visit Counter No. 08 to obtain details regarding hostel facilities and the allotment process.

If satisfied with the arrangements, please proceed with the steps below:

• Hostel Registration Fee ₹ 5,000 to be paid in the under mentioned account:

  • Account Name: KFI Vasantashram
  • Bank Name: Union Bank of India, Rajghat Branch, Varanasi
• After payment of ₹ 5,000 WhatsApp the transaction details along with Name, NTA Roll No., and Course to mobile no 7839425231 & 7839001321
• Scan the QR Code at Counter No. 08 and fill out the Google Form at the earliest for further processing.
• Once the hostel is allotted, you will receive an email with instructions to pay ₹ 1,07,000 (Rupees One Lakh Seven Thousand only).
• After successful payment, WhatsApp the payment details with Name, NTA Roll No., and Course to mobile no 7839425231 & 7839001321
• Confirmation of hostel allotment and required items list will be shared via email.

Important Notes:

1. ₹ 5,000 registration fee will be adjusted against hostel fees.
2. Applicants not allotted hostel will be eligible for a refund of ₹ 5,000 within six months.
3. Failure to pay ₹ 1,07,000 within the prescribed time will result in cancellation of allotment and no refund of registration fee.

यदि व्यवस्थाएँ संतोषजनक हों, तो नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करें:

• छात्रावास पंजीकरण शुल्क ₹5,000 निम्न खाते में जमा करें:

• ₹5,000 का भुगतान करने के बाद, लेन-देन का विवरण (नाम, NTA रोल नंबर एवं पाठ्यक्रम सहित) मोबाइल नंबर 7839425231 एवं 7839001321 पर WhatsApp करें।
• काउंटर संख्या 08 पर उपलब्ध QR कोड स्कैन करें तथा शीघ्र ही Google Form भरें ताकि आगे की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो सके।
• छात्रावास आवंटित होने पर आपको ईमेल द्वारा ₹1,07,000 (केवल एक लाख सात हज़ार रुपये) जमा करने के निर्देश प्राप्त होंगे।
• सफल भुगतान के बाद, भुगतान विवरण (नाम, NTA रोल नंबर एवं पाठ्यक्रम सहित) पुनः मोबाइल नंबर 7839425231 एवं 7839001321 पर WhatsApp करें।
• छात्रावास आवंटन की पुष्टि एवं आवश्यक वस्तुओं की सूची ईमेल द्वारा साझा की जाएगी।

महत्वपूर्ण नोट्स

1. ₹5,000 का पंजीकरण शुल्क छात्रावास शुल्क में समायोजित किया जाएगा।
2. जिन आवेदकों को छात्रावास आवंटित नहीं होगा, वे छह माह के भीतर ₹5,000 की वापसी के पात्र होंगे।
3. निर्धारित समयावधि में ₹1,07,000 का भुगतान न करने पर आवंटन रद्द कर दिया जाएगा तथा पंजीकरण शुल्क की कोई वापसी नहीं होगी।
