Only those students who have secured admission to the college through the BHU Counseling Portal are required to fill the college admission form.

After completing the counseling process at Banaras Hindu University, the student receives a Provisional Admission Letter through the Counseling Portal. As per the instructions in the letter, candidates allotted admission to Vasanta College for Women must fill the Online Admission Form. It is mandatory to complete this form prior to the physical verification of documents.

Admission will be confirmed only upon submission of the printed application form of the college along with all academic certificates, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate and all other required documents listed in the college website.

Take a printout of the document checklist and arrange the documents accordingly.

There is no need to download any format such as the Dossier Form or Anti-Ragging Format from the university website for reporting in the college.

केवल वे छात्राएं जिन्होंने बीएचयू काउंसलिंग पोर्टल के माध्यम से कॉलेज में प्रवेश प्राप्त किया है, उन्हें ही कॉलेज प्रवेश प्रपत्र (Admission Form) भरना आवश्यक है।

बनारस हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय की काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने के पश्चात छात्रा को काउंसलिंग पोर्टल के माध्यम से अनंतिम प्रवेश पत्र (Provisional Admission Letter) प्राप्त होता है। इस पत्र में दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार, वसंत महिला महाविद्यालय में प्रवेश प्राप्त छात्राओं को ऑनलाइन प्रवेश फॉर्म भरना आवश्यक है। यह फॉर्म दस्तावेज़ों के भौतिक सत्यापन से पूर्व भरना अनिवार्य है।

प्रवेश की पुष्टि तभी होगी जब छात्रा द्वारा भरा गया फॉर्म सभी शैक्षणिक प्रमाणपत्र, स्थानांतरण प्रमाणपत्र, चरित्र प्रमाणपत्र, प्रवासन / प्रवजन प्रमाणपत्र तथा कॉलेज वेबसाइट में उल्लिखित अन्य सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों के साथ प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा। दस्तावेज़ सूची का प्रिंटआउट निकालें और दस्तावेज़ों को उसी अनुसार व्यवस्थित करें।

कॉलेज में रिपोर्टिंग के लिए विश्वविद्यालय वेबसाइट से डॉसियर फॉर्म या एंटी-रैगिंग प्रारूप आदि किसी भी फॉर्मेट को डाउनलोड करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
