Established in the year 2020, the Student Research Development Cell provides a forum to the students of postgraduate level through which the research ideas can be exchanged among the scholars, facilitators, faculties and students. The Cell aims to promote among students the practice of fundamental and collaborative research and it's practical applications and also to foster a culture of critical thinking and discourse. The objective of the cell is to encourage multi-disciplinary and unconventional research and projects by conducting various student-oriented activities like field work, seminar/conference, workshop, awareness programmes etc.

• 24 June 2021: Under the aegis of IQAC, the cell has organised a One Day Workshop on "Research and Teaching Aptitude" for the PG students. The Key Speakers were Dr. Tushar Singh, Dept. of Psychology, BHU and Dr. Asha Pandey, Dept. of Education, Vasanta College for Women, Varanasi.
