Code of Conduct

Teaching is a profession which not only caters teaching but also shapes the present as well as future of the society and hence, it has been considered as one of the most respected professions now and then and to strengthen the same, University Grant Commission notified Regulation on Minimum qualification for Appointment of Teachers and Other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and measures for the Maintenance of Standard in higher educations dated 18th July 2018 in which several responsibilities have been suggested for teachers which includes their conduct towards the students, fellow colleagues, office staff, guardians of the students, authorities of the institution and society as well. Along with the same, the institutional authorities have also been suggested many working and ethical practices with the teachers.

Objective

The aim of this committee for the smooth running of the institution with a proper working environment and to enhance the practice, Code of Conduct committee has been induced in the college with an objective to ensure best working practices in the institution. It aims to organize workshops, dialogue sessions with the experts twice in an academic session to enhance and update the code of professional ethics with a notion to prosper the working environment at the inter and intra institutional level with a holistic approach of all round development of all the stakeholders.
